When designing a website for a challenging technical industry, we focused on the three most important aspects
of the brand: credibility, reliability and modernity. This is also the case with the new Hydromar website that
we had the pleasure of designing.
Customer
HYDROMAR is a company with wide-ranging activities in the field of design, production, distribution, as well
as servicing of components and systems of power hydraulics.
The company is also active in distribution, design, production and service and repair. With over 30 years of
experience, it guarantees the high quality of our products and services. It currently employs more than 70
qualified employees and offers professional customer service.
This is not an easy piece of business - especially to present aesthetically and remarkably on a website. Our
aim was to show the company as a reliable, competent and trustworthy business partner.
We
We approached the project well-prepared, in terms of content and inspiration, and yet it was not at all easy
to find and compose thematic photographs and specific equipment, realisations. In the end, we were helped by
the client himself, who provided the high-quality photographs that now adorn the website.
Thanks to our efforts, the new Hydromar website finally looks modern, as befits a reliable company in the 21st
century.
Project assumptions
A major challenge during its creation was to include a very large amount of content in a way that would ensure
that the reader would enjoy exploring it. We managed to design and implement a neat information architecture,
dividing the most important content into groups, paragraphs, sections. The whole thing looks compact without
being overloaded. So everything is as it should be!
White-grey-red. That is to say, a standard colour scheme for a company in the tech industry with a maroon
logo. Despite the very simple colour scheme, the whole design is based on soft greys and whites, so the site
'doesn't shout', it is calm but also intriguing, neat and 100% converting.
